Avid boaters have a passion for their vessels that goes far beyond mere appreciation. The keenest of them treat their boat like a member of the family, giving it a name and lots of tender, loving care.
So it makes perfect sense that a group of boaters have been working with Lisa Iafrate, owner of TaLii Towels, to make customized towels featuring the names of their boats.
“We’ve been supplying members of America’s Great Loop Cruiser Association with personalized towels, and they love them,” says Lisa.
The Great Loop is a boating route that goes from Georgian Bay to the Gulf of Mexico and up the eastern seaboard. Loopers are serious boaters who know the value of great gear.
TaLii Towels have a lot of features which attracted the group: they are super absorbent, antibacterial, quick drying and compact, making them well suited to a boater’s needs. The towels are made of a suede microfibre and come in 10 sizes and 24 colours.
Whether they’re used to dry a person or a rain-soaked seat, they will air-dry quickly enough to be used again later in the day.
They can also be machine dried with incredible speed, cutting down on energy costs. Lisa has loaded up 42 towels in one load and dried them in just 26 minutes.
Because they are 75 per cent thinner than terry cloth towels but five times more absorbent, they’re perfect for the cottage, camping, lounging at the beach, or to be used at home every day.
The same features are found in the popular TaLii Turbii hair towels, hooded poncho towels, and more.
Customizable
All TaLii Towels products are fully customizable – names, business logos and a matching image can be added, making them a great gift for a family member, friend, or co-worker. Companies can say thank you to their team and clients by providing a logoed towel which will get a lot of mileage.
“Whether it’s for a birthday, to celebrate a special occasion, or to show appreciation, a customized gift shows you care,” says Lisa.
They have even produced commemorative tea towels featuring mom’s and grandma’s family recipes printed in the original handwriting. All you need is a quality photo of the recipe to submit, and TaLii Towels will do the rest.
“Keep the recipe for yourself or make a few to give away to your family,” says Lisa. “It’s something everyone will cherish.”
Whether your adventures take you to the Gulf of Mexico or just to the end of the dock, TaLii Towels have what you need.
