Being on vacation should be about relaxing and having others taking care of the details. For years, this type of luxury was not readily available to cottagers – whether they were owners or guests.
Knowing there was a strong demand in the market led Jayne McCaw, owner of Jayne’s Luxury Rentals, to develop concierge offerings.
“Speaking to both cottage owners and rental guests helped us realize a large concierge service market existed,” says Jayne. “We help create the ultra luxury touches to enjoy while they’re at the cottage.”
The professional concierge team makes everything easy. They arrange for all those little things that make a vacation truly special: from personal chefs to yoga instruction, water trampolines to spa services.
Recently, Jayne’s Concierge added tennis and fitness instruction to their ever-growing list of concierge services. Always with an open mind and an ear to the ground for what’s wanted – and needed – to enjoy a stay at the cottage, Jayne’s team are experts at providing next level luxury service.
“We strive to provide a five-star resort service to both cottage owners and renters,” says Jayne. “When you stay at a resort every possible whim is considered; to meet those standards, we consistently evolve and add to our services.”
Professional services such as five-star hotel quality linens and towels, impeccable housekeeping, personal shopping, boat rentals, Peloton bikes, and much more are readily available.
Jayne’s upholds the highest of standards for their offerings, including standalone linen service, car service, boat tours of the big three lakes by pontoon or yacht, kayaks, canoes, and more.
These services are available throughout the region: from Muskoka Lakes to Kawagama, Huntsville and Lake of Bays to Muskoka Bay, and locations in between. Jayne says the services are available year-round to cottagers as well as rental guests.
“We help tailor your cottage experience to be exactly what you want,” says Jayne. “Whether it’s a spa weekend, adventure, couples only, water sports or something else, we have the team to make it happen.”
